In a relatively short period of time of 5 years I have seen and read many terrible things concerning dogs out here in Spain. There are many, many animal organisations doing their absolute best to rescue and re-home these poor animals with their limited financial resources as opposed to them ending up in an Animal Sanctuary where they face even greater uncertainty but invariably, because it is legal in Spain, they are gassed, as there are very few Sanctuaries with a “No Kill” Policy.
Every dog shown in this video has their own story to tell. But in answer to the song “Will You Be There?” YES, somebody WAS there for every one of them!
